YMCA Half-Marathon Training begins Tuesday, August 31st!
Runs will be every Tuesday/Thursday at noon from the Downtown branch and at 5:30 PM from the Broadmoor branch. Long runs will be every Saturday morning at 8:00 AM from Broadmoor.
Your coach will be able to answer any questions you may have prior to the first run, and anytime along the way. Happy running!
